We are now looking for you to work as a Delivery Service Manager during the summer!

Your Role

Your tasks will include:

• Administering customer orders, ordering transports, writing freight documents, writing waiting time forms, correcting delivery notes.
• Instructing new drivers during inbound & outbound weighing.
• Responsible for data and statistics on warehouse and delivery of finished products.
• Handling reconciliations in SAP and weighing systems related to delivery operations.
• Managing invoices related to delivery.
• Compiling documentation for invoicing of fill stone.
• Substituting for the operations assistant regarding goods receptions for incoming deliveries.

The position is daytime, Monday to Friday, 07:00-15:30 during the period of weeks 25 to 32. In the first few weeks, you will receive training from an experienced colleague. During your employment with us, you will receive a wellness allowance and can also use our gym adjacent to the workplace.

Your Profile

To thrive in this role, you should be service-minded and have good knowledge of logistics, Excel, English, and Swedish in both spoken and written form. You must have good computer skills and a good sense of how systems work. We believe you are currently studying at a university, perhaps in the engineering field, and are at the beginning of your studies. A high school diploma is a requirement. Another important quality is that you enjoy working in a small group where you take genuine responsibility for creating results through collaboration and systematic work. A safe working environment is important to us, and we expect you to follow our rules and safety regulations.

It is advantageous if you have work experience in a similar field and knowledge of SAP.
